1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Peso.link customer loyalty platform ("Service") operated by Peso.link ("we," "us," or "our"). By:
- Sending messages to our WhatsApp Business account
- Participating in our loyalty program
- Using any of our services
You agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Service Description
Peso.link operates a WhatsApp-based customer loyalty platform that allows you to:
- Earn Points: Accumulate loyalty points through purchases at participating restaurants and vendors
- Redeem Rewards: Use earned points to obtain discounts, free items, and special offers
- Track Activity: Monitor your point balance, transaction history, and redemption activity
- Receive Notifications: Get updates about your account, special promotions, and available rewards
- Refer Friends: Earn bonus points by referring new customers to the platform
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to participate.
3.2 Account Creation
To participate in our loyalty program, you must:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Have a valid WhatsApp account and phone number
- Consent to receive messages from our platform
- Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account information

4. Loyalty Program Rules

4.2 Point Redemption
- Minimum Redemption: Most rewards require a minimum point balance
- Redemption Codes: All redemptions generate unique codes with expiration dates
- Daily Limits: Maximum 5 redemptions per day per account
- Non-Transferable: Points and rewards cannot be transferred between accounts
- No Cash Value: Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
4.3 Point Expiration
- Account Activity: Points remain valid while your account is active
- Inactive Accounts: Accounts inactive for 12+ months may forfeit accumulated points
- Account Closure: Closing your account results in immediate forfeiture of all points
5. Customer Tiers and Benefits
Our loyalty program includes tiered benefits based on total lifetime points earned:
- BRONZE (0-499 points): Standard point earning rate
- SILVER (500-1,999 points): 10% bonus points on weekends
- GOLD (2,000-4,999 points): 15% bonus points + exclusive offers
- VIP (5,000+ points): 20% bonus points + premium benefits
6. WhatsApp Communication
6.1 Consent to Messaging
By participating in our program, you consent to receive WhatsApp messages including:
- Account notifications and point balance updates
- Redemption confirmations and codes
- Promotional offers and special deals (if opted in)
- Program updates and policy changes
- Customer support communications
6.2 Opt-Out Options
You may opt out of promotional messages by:
- Sending "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" via WhatsApp
- Updating your preferences through customer support
- Using the data deletion process to remove your account entirely
6.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and preferences. You may receive:
- Immediate notifications for transactions and redemptions
- Weekly or monthly promotional messages (if opted in)
- Occasional program updates and important announcements
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Fraud: Attempt to earn points through fraudulent purchases or activities
- Multiple Accounts: Create multiple accounts to circumvent program limits
- Abuse: Exploit system vulnerabilities or program loopholes
- Spam: Send excessive or inappropriate messages to our platform
- Unauthorized Access: Attempt to access other users' accounts or our systems
- Commercial Use: Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
- Resale: Sell, transfer, or monetize points, rewards, or account access
8. Payment and Transactions
8.1 CoDi Payments
Our platform may offer CoDi payment integration:
- Payment processing is handled by licensed financial institutions
- Transaction fees may apply as disclosed at the time of payment
- Points are awarded automatically upon successful payment confirmation
- Refund policies are subject to individual vendor policies
8.2 Transaction Disputes
For transaction-related issues:
- Contact the specific vendor first for purchase-related disputes
- Contact our support team for point allocation or technical issues
- Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the transaction
9. Intellectual Property
The Peso.link platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our platform or content
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access our source code
- Create derivative works based on our platform
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Key points include:
- We collect only necessary information to operate the loyalty program
- Your data is encrypted and securely stored

11. Service Availability and Modifications

12. Account Termination

- Note: Account termination results in forfeiture of all accumulated points

- Remain inactive for extended periods (12+ months)
13. Disclaimers and Limitations

Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
- Accuracy of point calculations or reward availability
- Compatibility with all devices or WhatsApp versions
13.2 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages exceeding the value of points in your account
- Issues arising from third-party vendor services
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peso.link and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the service in violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Your infringement of third-party rights
- Any false or misleading information you provide
15. Governing Law and Disputes
15.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Dispute Resolution
For any disputes arising from these Terms or the service:
- Contact Support: First, contact our support team to resolve the issue
- Negotiation: We will attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation
- Legal Action: If necessary, legal proceedings will be conducted in Mexico
16. Changes to Terms

- Changes become effective 30 days after notification
- Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Peso.link regarding the service.
